1. Contact us
2. After all communication is clear and all specifications about product have been determined, Add to cart.
3. Complete payment information.
4. You will receive proposed file from us within 2-3 days (in a hurry? add Rush my Order).
5. If you want to change something, you can make up to 5 changes at no extra cost.
6. We will send you the finished file to the e-mail you provided.
7. Save/download the file to your computer, USB flash drive or disk.
8. Print from your computer, upload to an online printing vendor or take into a printing vendor to have them printed for you.

Some important things to take into account:
🎨 COLOR VARIATIONS
Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you are printing with. Your print should come out closely to what appears on the screen. If it does not, there is a problem on the printing end. Those issues will need to be resolved between you and the print shop/printer. GobeIncredible is not responsible for the resulting printing aspects.
💰 REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product. Since these are digital files being downloaded, NO REFUNDS will be issued. However If there are any issues with the files/templates, please contact us and we'll help you with any troubleshooting. Buyer is responsible to read product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions please contact us BEFORE ordering.
